Choices
Marketing and advertising choices are distinct from essential order messages.
Requests
Email service@fairvani.com to ask about personal information.
Scope and responsibility
Guizhou Huishengmu Technology Co., Ltd. owns and operates the fairvani™ store. For the store activities described here, the company determines how customer information is used to operate its online business and is the responsible controller where that term applies, subject to applicable law. Shopify hosts the store and also processes information in the roles described below.
This policy addresses the store’s handling of personal information. A payment provider, carrier, wallet, social platform or Shopify consumer service may separately determine some of its own processing. This page does not make fairvani™ responsible for every independent service you choose to use.
Contact and customer details
When you order, create an account or contact us, we may receive your name, email, telephone number, billing address, delivery address and other contact details you provide. We use relevant details to identify the transaction, communicate with you and arrange the requested service.
An optional detail is not required merely because a free-text message could contain it. Please avoid including unrelated sensitive information in an order note or support email.
Order and payment information
Order records can include purchased or considered items, quantity, selected options, prices, currency, discounts, taxes, shipping service, payment status, transaction references, delivery events, returns and refunds.
Payment credentials are handled through the relevant checkout or provider interface. We may receive payment-related details needed to reconcile or support an order, but ordinary support email should never contain full card numbers, security codes or banking credentials.
Accounts and communications
An account can involve login credentials, saved addresses, preferences and order history. Protect those credentials and notify us if you believe access has been compromised.
Support records can include questions, correspondence, product photographs, packaging labels and information supplied to resolve a complaint. Photos may reveal people, addresses or surroundings; crop material that is not needed for the enquiry.
Device, usage and preference information
When you interact with the store, technical information can include IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, referring pages, page interactions, timestamps and session information.
Cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies may record cart state, settings, consent choices, analytics events or advertising interactions. The particular information depends on the feature used and any applicable consent or opt-out choices.
Sources of information
We receive information directly from you, automatically from interactions with the store, and from providers that help operate checkout, communications, security, payment or delivery. A provider may return information such as payment status, shipment progress or a fraud signal.
Where you choose an integration or ask another person to act for you, the information they provide is also part of the relevant interaction. We do not require access to unrelated personal accounts to process a normal order.
Providing the requested service
We use information to maintain carts and accounts, process orders, verify payment, arrange delivery, respond to questions, manage returns and refunds, and communicate changes affecting a transaction.
Using an email address to send an order update does not automatically mean that address must receive optional promotional marketing. We distinguish essential service communication from marketing preferences.
Security, fraud and legal purposes
Information may be used to investigate suspicious activity, prevent misuse, protect accounts, reconcile payments, maintain appropriate records and respond to lawful requests or disputes. We may preserve relevant information where a legal obligation or dispute requires it.
Security checks should be proportionate. We do not ask a customer to disclose a banking password or one-time authentication code to an ordinary support agent.
Analytics, personalization and marketing
Usage and transaction information may help us understand store performance, troubleshoot issues, improve presentation, personalize relevant content and measure campaigns. Where required, non-essential tracking or direct marketing is subject to consent or another valid legal basis.
Promotional communications can be stopped through the available preference mechanism or by emailing a request. Advertising preferences, email subscriptions and essential order messages are separate controls.
Legal bases where required
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform or prepare a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue a legitimate interest after considering your rights, or act on valid consent.
Legitimate interests can include secure store operation, responding to requests, preventing fraud and improving a service in a proportionate way. You can withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Mandatory rights to object or restrict processing remain available where applicable.
Cookies and privacy choices
Some technologies are needed to keep a cart, complete checkout, protect a session or retain a privacy choice. Other technologies can support analytics, personalization or advertising. Necessary operation is not treated as a reason to ignore consent rules for unrelated tracking.
Use any applicable store privacy controls and browser settings to manage choices. Blocking cookies can affect functionality. Clearing storage or changing a device may require your preference to be set again. You may also contact us if a privacy control is not accessible.
Service-provider disclosures
Information may be disclosed to Shopify and other providers performing functions such as hosting, payment processing, fraud review, email delivery, customer support, analytics, fulfillment and shipping. The information should be relevant to the service being performed.
For example, a carrier needs delivery details, while a payment provider needs information to process or authenticate a transaction. These recipients are not all given the same information or the same role.
Advertising disclosures, sale and sharing
Some disclosures for personalized advertising may be described by local law as selling, sharing or targeted advertising even when no money is paid for the information. This distinction is separate from transferring an address to deliver an order.
Where the relevant law applies, you can request an opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising using applicable store controls or by emailing service@fairvani.com. We apply legally required treatment to recognized opt-out preference signals. A browser signal may identify a browser or device rather than every account or device you use.
Shopify’s role
Shopify provides the platform supporting the store and processes information about use of the storefront and checkout. For some activities it acts on our instructions; for certain consumer or enhanced services it may determine its own purposes under its own privacy terms.
Those services can involve information about interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify. Where Shopify independently handles a request about its own processing, its privacy procedures apply. You can contact fairvani™ for help identifying which activity your request concerns.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, when valid consent applies, when needed to comply with law or legal process, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a genuine business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
A transfer of the business does not make information unrestricted. Any recipient remains subject to applicable obligations and the rights associated with the information. We do not publish order details as part of routine customer support.
Retention
Retention depends on why the information is needed. Order and financial records may be retained for tax, accounting, consumer-remedy, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes. Account and support information may be retained while needed to provide the service or maintain a necessary record.
When information is no longer reasonably needed and no retention obligation applies, we delete, anonymize or otherwise dispose of it appropriately. A deletion request may not remove information subject to a lawful retention obligation or an active legal hold.
Safeguards and transmission
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and service. Access should be limited to legitimate business purposes. No system, transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Use the payment interface for payment credentials and send only necessary details in email. If you suspect a privacy or account incident, contact us promptly with a description that does not expose additional confidential information.
Access, correction, deletion and portability
Depending on where you live and the applicable conditions, you may be able to request access to personal information, details of processing, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or a portable copy. Some laws also allow objection, restriction or an explanation of certain decisions.
These rights have lawful limits. We will assess the request on its facts, explain a refusal where required and preserve applicable complaint or appeal rights. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Making a request and using an agent
Email service@fairvani.com and explain the request. We may verify identity using information reasonably related to the existing relationship. For an authorized agent, we may need evidence of authorization and, where permitted, direct verification with the person concerned.
We respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain a permitted extension when relevant. An advertising opt-out should not require unnecessary identity documents. If you disagree with a decision, request a review or appeal using the same support channel.
Children’s information
The store is directed to adult shoppers and is not designed to solicit children’s personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 for direct marketing, or knowingly sell or share their information for targeted advertising.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied information can contact us to request review and appropriate deletion. Product suitability and the ability to enter a purchase contract are separate from data-protection age thresholds.
International processing
The store and its providers may process information in countries different from your residence. Local laws and government-access rules may differ. Cross-border processing is subject to safeguards and transfer requirements that apply to the activity.
Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, recognized mechanisms may include adequacy arrangements or standard contractual protections. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to a particular request.
Third-party features and public submissions
If you choose to use a third-party wallet, social feature or external service, review that service’s privacy information. A mention of a provider does not mean its entire service is controlled by fairvani™.
Information you choose to post publicly, such as a review, may be visible to others. Do not publish order numbers, addresses or other private details in a public submission.
Changes, complaints and contact
We may update this policy to reflect operations or legal requirements. The revised page carries an updated date, and material changes receive additional notice where required. A change does not retrospectively remove rights connected with earlier processing.
For questions, requests or complaints, email service@fairvani.com or use the customer service phone, +86 184 8012 7085. Business correspondence may be addressed to Unit 10, 21st Floor, TA-1 & TA-2 (Building 2), Zhongtian Exhibition City, Changling Road, Changling Subdistrict, Guanshanhu District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. Where available, you may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
