PURCHASE TERMS

Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply to orders and the customer relationship.

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases through fairvani.com and related order services. Read them together with the product offer, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment & Security information and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority where the law requires.

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Before ordering

Check the selected item, fit requirements and final order total.

Order records

Keep the offer and confirmation relevant to your purchase.

Consumer rights

Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

01 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Who these terms concern

The fairvani™ online store is owned and operated by Guizhou Huishengmu Technology Co., Ltd. In these terms, fairvani™, we and our refer to that company in its operation of the store and the sale concerned. The legal representative is Yuan Lin. You and your refer to the purchaser or a person acting with the purchaser’s authority.

The website offers golf accessories for ordinary intended use. These terms govern the sale process; Terms of Use address permitted website conduct. The Privacy Policy governs the personal-information matters within its scope.

02 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter the purchase contract or act with valid authority for the purchaser. Provide accurate information and do not use another person’s payment method or identity without authorization.

Where a parent or guardian purchases an item, that does not make every accessory suitable for a child. Product instructions, fit and age-appropriate supervision remain separate considerations.

03 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Product information and supplied items

The product listing identifies the selected item, options and included components. Balls, clubs, bags, shoes, gloves, umbrellas, mats and scene furnishings are not included unless the package contents expressly say so.

Materials, dimensions, operating mechanisms and compatibility information should be read together. If there is a material inconsistency, contact support; a general illustration or color statement does not excuse goods that fail to match an applicable contractual description.

04 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Compatibility and normal use

Check the equipment interface that determines fit, such as tube diameter, handle shape, available clearance, glove proportions, case capacity or cleat-head engagement. Do not assume a product described for one application fits every model.

Follow the accessory and equipment-maker instructions. A setup must not obstruct cart controls, bag stands, walkways or a swing. We remain responsible for inaccurate compatibility statements and other obligations imposed by law; the request to check fit does not transfer those obligations to you.

05 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Practice and sporting results

A practice accessory may provide a physical reference, target or operating condition. It does not promise improved distance, accuracy, handicap, score or medical relief. A comfort or care feature should not be read as an unlisted treatment or certified performance claim.

Check course and competition requirements before use. We do not imply tournament approval merely by describing an item as a golf accessory.

06 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Availability and options

Listings and available quantities may change before an order is accepted. Selecting an item in a cart does not reserve it indefinitely. We may impose reasonable disclosed quantity limits or review suspicious orders.

If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will explain the available lawful options. A different color, model or accessory is not substituted without appropriate agreement.

07 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Placing an order and acceptance

Submitting an order offers to buy the selected goods on the disclosed terms. An automated acknowledgement records receipt and should not be confused with a dispatch notice. Unless the transaction or applicable law provides otherwise, acceptance is communicated when the order is confirmed for dispatch.

This distinction does not permit us to retain payment indefinitely or avoid applicable shipment and refund duties. If the order is declined or cannot be fulfilled, we notify you and arrange the refund or authorization release that is due.

08 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices, currency and taxes

Review the currency and final payable amount before submission. The order record identifies the agreed price, applied discounts and charges collected by the store. A payment provider’s conversion or international fee is separate unless included in our disclosed total.

We do not retrospectively increase the agreed price without consent. If a material pricing error requires resolution, we will explain it and proceed under applicable law, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.

09 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment

Use a method actually offered by checkout and complete legitimate provider authentication. Payment may need authorization, settlement or a reasonable security review before fulfillment.

Do not send payment credentials through ordinary email. We will not ask for a banking password or one-time login code to release an order. Payment & Security explains enquiries about pending entries, declines and refunds.

10 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotions and discounts

An offer is subject to its disclosed dates, qualifying items and limits. Apply a valid code before payment and confirm the resulting total. Offers are not automatically combined, extended or applied retrospectively.

A promotion does not remove legal rights for defective or incorrectly described goods. A claim of abuse must be based on the facts and does not justify denying a good-faith remedy.

11 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Order changes and cancellation

Contact support promptly for a correction or pre-dispatch cancellation. We will check whether the order can be stopped or changed and communicate the result. A request is not confirmation that a carrier label or parcel destination has changed.

If dispatch has occurred, interception may be unavailable. Any legal cancellation, withdrawal or non-delivery right remains governed by the applicable rules, independently of a discretionary order-edit request.

12 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipment and delivery

The disclosed shipping service and timeframe apply to the accepted order. Processing and carrier transit are different stages. We will follow applicable delay-notice, consent and refund requirements where the shipment time cannot be met.

Provide complete delivery information and cooperate with reasonable access arrangements. A carrier event does not automatically determine every dispute about receipt. Allocation of risk and remedies follows applicable law, rather than a blanket transfer of responsibility when a label is printed or a parcel is handed over.

13 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customs and cross-border charges

An international shipment may involve local import requirements. Charges collected by the store are shown in the order total; additional lawful government or carrier assessments may depend on destination and the delivery arrangement.

Required pre-purchase disclosures and local consumer protections continue to apply. We do not undervalue goods or describe a commercial parcel as a gift to evade customs requirements.

14 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Returns and item problems

Our voluntary return window allows a request within 30 calendar days after physical delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. That process does not replace statutory remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Contact support for the appropriate destination and instructions. No routine restocking fee applies to an eligible voluntary return. Refund method, postage allocation and legal withdrawal rights are described in the return policy.

15 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Accounts and communications

Protect the email account and any store account used for the transaction. Keep contact details accurate enough to receive material order information. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Transactional messages can be needed even if you opt out of marketing. Choosing not to receive promotions does not cancel order, delivery, refund or security communications.

16 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Personal information

Order and support information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment providers, Shopify and carriers may have their own relevant roles. We do not treat acceptance of purchase terms as blanket consent to optional marketing or every form of tracking.

You can contact service@fairvani.com about the store’s processing or an applicable data right. A privacy request and a merchandise return are distinct processes, although some records may relate to both.

17 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Intellectual property and submissions

Store text, graphics, layout and branding may be protected by intellectual-property law. Buying an accessory does not transfer ownership of the store’s creative content or authorize representing yourself as fairvani™.

Submit only content you are entitled to provide. A product review should reflect a genuine relevant experience and should not contain another person’s private information. Our handling of submitted content is also subject to Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

18 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Third-party services

A wallet, carrier or other independent service may operate under separate terms. We do not control every function or decision of that service. Review provider information relevant to the feature you choose.

Using a service provider does not remove the store’s own responsibilities for the sale. A customer is not automatically required to resolve a store error only with the carrier or payment provider.

19 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Warranties and limitations

Any expressly offered commercial warranty is separate from statutory rights. We do not exclude a legal guarantee, conformity requirement or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ordinary wear, misuse, forced incompatible installation or unauthorized modification may affect a claim depending on the facts and law. The mere presence of wear is not proof that an original defect did not exist.

20 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Responsibility for loss

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law and the contract. We do not guarantee a particular sporting result or uninterrupted access to every website function.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer remedies. No blanket purchase-price cap or mandatory arbitration requirement is imposed by this page.

21 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Disruption and circumstances outside control

A genuine disruption may affect an estimate or require an order to be reviewed. We will communicate material changes and use the appropriate delay, cancellation or refund process.

A disruption is not an unlimited exemption from consumer law or a reason to keep payment for an order we cannot supply. Rights that apply to a missed contractual or legal deadline remain available.

22 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Applicable law and resolving concerns

The law applicable to the transaction is determined under the relevant legal rules. Mandatory protections available to a consumer in their place of residence are not removed by these terms. This page does not impose an exclusive overseas court on every customer.

Contact support with the order reference and issue so we can attempt a practical resolution. You retain any applicable right to a regulator, payment-provider process, competent court or other lawful complaint channel.

23 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Changes, interpretation and severability

Updated terms apply to future transactions as legally permitted. The terms accepted for an existing order are not retroactively replaced in a way that removes accrued rights. Material changes receive notice where required.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remainder applies to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce one provision on one occasion is not a general waiver. Mandatory law and the specific accepted offer take priority over a conflicting general statement.

24 · TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contact and records

Email service@fairvani.com for purchase-related questions. Include the order number and retain your confirmation, relevant product information and support correspondence.

The customer service phone is +86 184 8012 7085. Business correspondence uses the contact details at the end of this page; returned goods require an order-specific destination.
